Meet T.K.

Greetings!
 My name is T.K. and I am in my second year of studies at Albanian Bible Institute. I am in the Bible-Theology track of the school.
I have been a believer since 1994. I was very young at that time, only 11 years old. My conversion started as a result of children's meetings where I learned about Jesus. I continued attending them and began to believe in Jesus as my savior. This happened in my village, which is way up in the mountains of Northern Albania. (Dibra region). Fortunately some special missionaries came and shared the gospel with us in that remote place. The gospel is something I had not heard before. None of us in the village had. How glad I am they came to share Jesus with us!
In our village there was no local church. Later I moved to Tirana, the capital, and I began going to some churches near my new place of living. I started going to a church with many people who had migrated from my region of the country, Dibra. There I became a member of a church called, "New Life" Church, and became a part of the leadership, even at a young age. I have been working with missionaries there over the years. Now they have gone and I have all the leadership responsibilities on my shoulders.
At ABI I have studied the scriptures at a deep level. I feel like I am in a position to help others understand the Bible and what God has in store for them and how they can live a more godly life. I am also helping in the spread of the gospel in this community as a result of my training at ABI. Evangelism is getting easier to do as I am learning how to share my faith in a more simple and understandable way. In my time at ABI I have learned many things in the Bible and see that I need to learn even more deeply the word of God.
Already this school term I have studied the Letter of Hebrews. I have really liked seeing the superiority of Christ in Hebrews and I am encouraged in my faith as a result of this special study.
